It’s from a space of presence and gratitude where we can clearly see GOODNESS all around, without even looking.
Life works in beautiful ways, our experience unfolds before our eyes, aiming always for our highest good, but it’s not always easy to see it while living immersed in this world.
It takes time and practice, learning and unlearning, having the courage to look at the shadows, to heal, to live, to go deep, and then deeper; to repeat again and again to get clarity, to light up what needs to be uncovered, to look inside, to look around, to reach within our heart, trust and allow.

We are in the middle of a process that has no turning back. The past two years have given us the opportunity to accelerate change, both personally and collectively, but there is still a long way to go, and this is a decisive moment of transition, which asks us for strength and surrender.
While we have already had a chance to go within and undergo a realignment with our inner vision, it is time to release old stories and patterns; let go of what we are still cling to and cut cords, before laying down new foundations.
Today it is not only about dreaming a new reality, but about being able to consciously manifest it; drop the veils that are still in front of us and go deeper, access the divinity in us and activate our ability to alchemize.
Understanding that transformation comes from a deep connection with the truth that dwells within us, and our ability to not only raise our consciousness but allow it to inhabit our physical body. Root ourselves to the Earth and expand the heart in Unity.
This year invites us to find strength and guidance within ourselves to be able to exercise our divine sovereignty.
Estamos en medio de un proceso que ya no tiene vuelta atrás. Los últimos dos años nos han dado la oportunidad de acelerar los cambios tanto a nivel personal como colectivo, pero queda aún mucho camino por delante, y este es un momento de transición decisivo, que nos pide fortaleza y rendición.
Si bien ya hemos tenido ocasión de ir hacia adentro y comenzar una realineación con nuestra visión interna, es momento de liberar viejas historias y patrones; dejar caer aquello a lo que aún nos aferramos y cortar cuerdas energéticas, para dar paso a la construcción de nuevos cimientos.
Hoy se trata no sólo de soñar una nueva realidad, sino de ser capaces de manifestar conscientemente; dejar caer los velos que aún quedan al frente nuestro e ir más profundo, accesar la divinidad en nosotras y activar nuestra capacidad de alquimizar.
Entender que la transformación viene de una conexión profunda con la verdad que habita en nosotras, y nuestra capacidad para no solo elevar nuestra consciencia sino permitirle habitar nuestro cuerpo físico. Enraizarnos a la Tierra y expandir el corazón en Unidad.
Este año nos invita a encontrar fortaleza y guía en nuestro interior para ser capaces de ejercer nuestra soberanía divina.

it might feel uneasy
or completely natural
and without further consequence,
but the moment we are living
it’s just as it should be.
Embrace it,
don't judge it,
there is no way to control it,
feel it,
live it,
let it be.
Inhale… Exhale
observe,
open yourself to what it is,
to what you’re feeling deep down,
if your heart beats faster when in uncertainty,
put your hand on your chest
and let it feel,
let the emotions flow...
inhale again,
but do it slowly
take the emotions down
and breathe them out one by one,
deliver them to the Earth,
and wait for her to returning them as something else,
that something that fills you up
vibrating so high
that expands beyond your body.
And look again ...
Look with new eyes,
Inhale… Exhale…
You are here.
Todo es perfecto.
Quizá no lo parezca a simple vista,
quizá incomode,
o parezca algo natural
y sin más consecuencia,
pero el momento que estamos viviendo
es tal como tiene que ser.
Abrázalo,
No lo juzgues,
No hay manera de controlarlo,
Siéntelo,
Vívelo,
Déjalo ser.
Inhala... exhala
observa,
ábrete a lo que es,
a lo que se siente dentro,
si el corazón late muy rápido al hallarse en incertidumbre,
pon tu mano por encima
y déjalo sentir,
deja que fluyan las emociones...
vuelve a inhalar,
pero ahora ve más despacio,
llévalas hacia abajo
y exhálalas de una a una,
entrégalas a la tierra,
ya ella se encargará de devolverlas como algo más,
ese algo que te llena el cuerpo
y vibra tan alto
que se expande más allá de ti.
Y observa otra vez...
pero ahora con ojos nuevos,
inhala... exhala
